Ethical Misconduct Channel
British College La Cañada, in accordance with its ethical values, places at your disposal an internal information channel, where you can report any irregular behaviour, presumably illicit or criminal conduct, by members of our community, employees, students, collaborators, etc.
Unethical conduct or conduct contrary to our values and internal policies may also be reported.
Reports must be truthful and made in good faith and there must be evidence that an illegal or criminal act and/or actions contrary to the Centre’s policies has been committed. It is recommended that documents and/or witnesses be provided as evidence. A false allegation could be considered a criminal offence of defamation under the Penal Code and appropriate legal action may be taken against the reporter.
In order to protect the rights of whistleblowers, British College La Cañada guarantees the privacy of the whistleblower throughout the entire process.
